Synopsis: Ethnicity Zero One

Ethnicity Zero One appeared in front of Nico. His true identity was that he was the first citizen in history to be framed by Nortrega and expelled 200 years ago. After hearing about Nortrega's plans from Ethnicity Zero-One, Nico decides to stop the false revolution that Keoh is promoting and fight for the independence of the blank area.
